Is the maximum straight movement speed of the robot based on full-load or no-load?

The maximum straight movement speed of the robot is based on full load.

How long can the HaiPick operate after being fully charged?

The HaiPick can operate for approximately 6.5 hours after being fully charged.

What kind of battery is used in HaiPick?

The HaiPick system uses lithium-iron phosphate batteries in all its models.

How does HaiPick charge?

When the HaiPick robot runs out of power (and a voice alert appears), it automatically moves to a charging station to get fully charged. Built-in protection circuits ensure safe charging throughout the process. After charging, the robot stops charging automatically.

What communication method does HaiPick use?

The HaiPick system consists of Wi-Fi and other wireless networks. The robots connect to the HaiQ intelligent management platform, which monitors their working status and health condition.

What safety functions does HaiPick possess?

The HaiPick system has several safety functions, including obstacle detection, anti-collision features, audio-visual and voice alerts, an emergency stop button, lifting anti-falling mechanisms, and motor protection.
