We start by identifying a base system that fits your requirements. From there, modular elements are added to tailor the solution for peak efficiency and performance.

 

Family of HaiPick ACRs

The family of HaiPick Autonomous Case-handling Mobile Robots (ACRs) are ground-based navigators that handle the picking and storage of cases up to 12 meters (39+ feet). A picking arm extends into shelving, up to 2 totes deep, and uses "fingers" to pull and push containers or uncontained goods.

High Efficiency

HaiPick ACRs can batch deliver up to 9 containers in a single run, reducing travel time and maximizing operational efficiency.

 

Flexible Payload

Picking arm reach and “backpack” dimensions are adjusted to fit the specific items and case types being handled. Mixed container sizes and types can be stored within 1 system.

 

Case Dimension Range

ACRs can transport containers within these dimensions:

  • 30~80 cm (11.8~31.4 inches) long
  • 20~60 cm (7.8~23.6 inches) wide
  • 10.5~33 cm (4.1~12.9 inches) high
  • Up to 30kg (66 lbs.) per case
  • Compatible with a variety of materials

Family of Companion Bots

Companion Bots work alongside HaiPick ACRs to enhance system capabilities and provide added flexibility. By integrating these bots, HaiPick Systems deliver greater order responsiveness for fast-moving items and increase material handling efficiency for bulk or irregular-sized goods.

Order Responsiveness

Extreme speed of up to 4 meters per second, enabling fast order fulfillment and extended cutoff times (use in HaiPick System 3).

 

Mixed Material Handling

HaiPick Systems are accessed via workstations where inbound and outbound inventory is picked up and delivered by HaiPick Robots. Ergonomically designed, all workstations deliver a 99.9%+ order pick accuracy rate and can be tailored to maximize workflow efficiency and throughput, or facilitate seamless handoff to other technologies and operations.

Any Rack

Most HaiPick Systems can operate with various types of racking, not requiring a specific type. Non-intelligent and non-mobile system elements can be chosen based on application needs, preferences, and budget.

  

Any Container

HaiPick Systems are material-agnostic and can handle a wide range of containers, including totes, trays, cardboard boxes, styrofoam, metal baskets, and others of varying sizes.

  

No Container
