Exciting news! Jisu Logistics (a logistics company established by Geely Automobile for warehouse operations), has teamed up with Hai Robotics to revolutionize the logistics process for the Geely LYNK&CO factory in Chengdu. 

They have introduced a cutting-edge smart warehouse that is increasing utilization, boosting efficiency, and reducing safety risks. 

In a compact 3,300㎡ area, this warehouse boasts an impressive 43,966 storage locations! And with an astounding accuracy rate of over 99.99%, performance efficiency has skyrocketed. 

The conveyor inbound workstations are now processing a whopping 100 totes per hour, and the fast-inbound workstations are meeting a demand of 600 totes per hour!

Plus, with the help of Haipick, they can retrieve up to eight totes at a time and seamlessly dock with HaiPort, improving workflow and transportation efficiency.

Not only that, but this incredible warehouse is successfully supporting the simultaneous production of multiple car models.

Thanks to its vertical storage system and six different types of totes for various components, everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
