The Exhibits
More picking options with HaiPick A3-L
The HAIPICK A3-L is a forklift-type ACR for picking and placing various shapes of commercial materials such as tires, trays, and PCB materials without needing totes, cartons, or any cases. The maximum weight that HaiPick A3-L can transport is 50 kg (110.2 lbs), and the picking height is 360-4160 mm. Furthermore, the A3 series can work with different types of shelves, conveyors, and other docking equipment. The software platform can integrate easily with almost any upstream software platform to orchestrate and automate processes within warehousing and manufacturing.
It is dustproof, antistatic, and can be used in clean rooms (class 10,000), making it suitable for factories and warehouses, such as energy, automotive, and semiconductor manufacturing.
HaiPick A42T, the tallest ACR yet
Another exhibit during the show is the HaiPick A42T, a Telescopic ACR. It is the tallest robot in Hai Robotics ACR systems, which can be used for picking and storing cases from shelves up to 6 m high (19.6 feet), and can be customized to reach up to 10 m high (32.8 feet). It can also descend to as low as 0.28m (0.91 feet) to pick totes and cartons stored on the bottom level of the shelf. The robot has been titled the "Best in Intralogistics" in IFOY 2021.
Thanks to its 3D visual recognition, it can also handle plastic totes and cardboard cartons with a maximum carrying weight of 30 kg (66.1 lbs).
The robot's height can be adjusted to cross compartments when passing under fire shutters. In addition, the extension and retraction of the mast allow easy movement across fire zones. The solution delivers high flexibility, and customers can increase their warehouse storage density even further.
HaiPort-powered workstation
The HaiPort-powered workstation is an automatic loading and unloading machine. It consists of an automatic loading and unloading unit (HaiPort), conveyor, visualization board, put-wall, and PTL systems, which work in conjunction with the HaiPick robots to automate the loading, unloading, and transport of cases from the robot. Six cases (customizable up to eight cases) can be loaded in three seconds and unloaded in five seconds, enabling higher in/out efficiency. In addition, its modular design allows for flexible and quick relocation and expansion.
