Spare Parts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory records for all spare parts and components.

Monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment of spare parts.

Optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock while minimizing the risk of shortages.

Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of spare parts.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, particularly in China.
-
Evaluate supplier performance and quality to ensure compliance with company standards.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, organization, and retrieval of spare parts.

Implement best practices in warehouse management to improve productivity and safety.
-
Conduct regular audits of warehouse inventory and processes.
-
Ensure the demo unit is operational and properly maintained for customer visits.
-
Coordinate with technical teams to address any issues or malfunctions in the demo unit.

Prepare the demo unit for demonstrations, ensuring it showcases the full capabilities of Hai Robotics’ solutions.

Coordinate the distribution and delivery of spare parts to customers and internal teams.

Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to spare parts availability and delivery.

Work closely with the sales and service teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze spare parts usage trends and forecast future demand.

Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, procurement activities, and supplier performance.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
-
Lead and manage a team of warehouse and logistics staff.
-
Provide training and development to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
-
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all aspects of spare parts and warehouse management.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in spare parts management, warehouse management, or logistics, preferably in the robotics or automation industry.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics practices.

Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Experience in team leadership and staff development is preferred.

Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with robotic systems or automated warehouses.

Familiarity with the Atlanta logistics landscape.
