Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing expertise to the sales team and customers regarding HAI's product and solution offerings and capabilities
2. Work with the sales team to understand customer needs and design the right automation solution
3. Making automated proposals that may include layout design, data analysis, material flow design, and process design
4. Work with project implementation team to distribute proposals

Skills and Background:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher: major in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, science or related field.
2. 3 years or more related experience preferred.
3. Understanding of warehouse operation.
4. Understanding of warehouse management software system.
5. Fluent in English and Chinese.
6. Computer skills: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
7. Work experience in material handling automation equipment, AGV (automatic guided vehicle), conveyor, AS/RS (automatic storage/retrieval system), robot arm, etc. is preferred.
8. Experience with WMS, WCS, PLC (Digitally Operated Electronics) or other control level software preferred.
