Sales Manager
Singapore, Full-time, Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, develop and retain customers to facilitate and close business deals
2. Formulate opportunity win strategy, sales cycle deliverables - technical & commercial
3. Identify, target and follow new customers to expand and maintain a strong business development funnel. Work to develop and qualify leads and ultimately facilitate the hand over to distributors or sales to close the business deals.
4. Face of the company with existing and potential customers; Introduction meetings & calls; capabilities presentations; proposal generation, delivery and presentation
5. Conduct training and consulting with end customers and distributors
6. Conduct local market research and customer analysis and feedback market information.
7. Close and secure business for the organization
Skills and Background:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in industrial, mechanical or equivalent technical accreditation; MBA preferred.
2. Fluent in English and Chinese
3. More than 5 years of sales experience
4. Experience working in warehouse automation and material handling industry
5. Strong logical thinker, excellent communicator, great team member and servant's heart
6. Able to travel
6. Ability to work independently with complex tasks such as solutioning, selling, and owning multiple sales cycles simultaneously
7. Full of enterprising and pioneering spirit, and able to travel frequently
