Project Manager
Japan, Full-time, Delivery & Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ultimate success in project acceptance and revenue confirmation.
- Lead and manage warehouse automation projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments including sales, solution, logistics, and software team.
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders, and keep stakeholders informed and updated for both parties.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Skills and Background:
- Fluent in Japanese and Chinese. Being fluent in English is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor or higher degree in computer software, electrical/electronic Engineering, automation, or other related fields.
- Experience in Field Applications and Technical Support. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in software, testing, automation or robotics.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
