Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for ultimate success in project acceptance and revenue confirmation.
  1. Lead and manage warehouse automation projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  1. Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments including sales, solution, logistics, and software team.
  1. Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders, and keep stakeholders informed and updated for both parties.
  1. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  1. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  1. Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
  1. Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

 

Skills and Background:

  1. Fluent in Japanese and Chinese. Being fluent in English is a significant advantage.
  1. Bachelor or higher degree in computer software, electrical/electronic Engineering, automation, or other related fields.
  1. Experience in Field Applications and Technical Support. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in software, testing, automation or robotics.
  1. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  1. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
