WinIT Corporation, a global supply chain solutions provider for eBay sellers and other cross-border e-commerce merchants aiming for operational localization, has a long-standing relationship with Hai Robotics. After a successful collaboration in the U.K., WinIT America, with its Los Angeles-based fulfillment center, faced the challenge of handling hundreds of online sellers. The center needed a solution that could maximize both efficiency and space utilization, especially considering the need to guarantee same-day shipping on 95% of orders.

The Solution

WinIT America deployed the HaiPick System 3. This system is designed with two robotic technologies. Autonomous Case - handling Mobile Robots (ACRs) pick totes from shelves as high as 39+ feet (12 meters), passing them to ground-level Fast-Transit Companion AMRs. These high - speed robots then transport the totes to human - operator workstations. The HaiPick System 3 is modular and flexible, which means it can scale as WinIT grows. It fits over 50,000 inventory bins into a 17,000-square-foot storage zone that reaches 32+ feet high, achieving a storage density of more than 32 totes per square meter.

  • Ultra - Dense Storage: The system provides an impressive storage solution, with a high storage density, making efficient use of the available space in the fulfillment center.

  • Faster and Accurate Order Fulfillment: Operators can pick nearly 300 totes per hour per workstation. When all four of Win.IT’s picking stations are in use, throughput can reach over 1,100 totes per hour with 99%+ order picking accuracy. The ergonomic workstations enable a near - instantaneous exchange time of just 2 - 3 seconds between bins.

  • Scalability: Thanks to its modular and flexible design, the HaiPick System can grow with WinIT as its business expands.
