The customer is one of the largest Japanese apparel brands with more than 1,000 stores worldwide. Its Shanghai warehouse is responsible B2B clothing delivery to stores. The project focuses on automation solutions for its B2B business distribution in Shanghai to improve efficiency and storage density. The goal is to achieve 90% logistics automation operation and meet 250+ stores daily Shipment.
