Our Solution

To meet the omnichannel business requirements of warehousing and sorting, B2B and B2C general picking, inventory counting, consolidation of picking boxes, recovery and supply of material boxes and cartons, wave insertion, and repurchase consolidation, Hai Robotics provided a customized solution comprising of 25 units of HaiPick A42C warehouse robots and 4 HaiPort workstations for Anta.

The Hai Robotics solution offers several benefits, including:

1. Meet omnichannel business requirements:

The solution can handle mixed inbound, picking, and outbound of cartons and totes, making it suitable for both B2C and B2B scenarios.

2. Greater Storage Density:

Within the warehouse area of 3,545 square meters, the area of the shelves is 2,313 square meters. After adopting our automated solution, a total of 27,643 storage locations have been achieved.

3. Efficient operation and improved turnover:

With the use of HaiPort workstation, the solution has increased the outbound capacity to 80,000 pieces per day, and the unloading efficiency of HaiPort workstation is 550 boxes per hour, which significantly reduces turnover time and improves logistics response speed.

4. Seamless connection with the customer's system:

The solution seamlessly integrates with the customer's current automation levels and management processes.
