Our Trusted Partners
This year we continued to make strategic alliances with global partners to deliver best-in-class solutions and services and make warehouse automation solutions accessible to worldwide business operators. Hai Robotics has paired up with leading system integrators and players in the supply chain, such as MUJIN, Studio 3S, MHS, BPS Global, Savoye, Zion Solutions Groups, Tompkins Robotics, Storage Solutions, Pop.capacity, as well as UK-based Invar System and Greece-based Voyatzoglou Systems.
We value the meaningful relationships we've built with our trusted partners and are proud and humbled by their high praise. But, don't take our word for it. The testimonials they have shared speak for themselves.
United States: Eric McDonald, Chief Customer Officer at Storage Solutions
“We see tremendous upside potential for a large number of our current clients to integrate Hai Robotics’ award-winning technology into their operations. Storage Solutions believes that walking is the most detrimental activity in a warehouse. Hai Robotics solutions eliminate associates walking for replenishment and picking. Clients will be able to solve their labor and throughput challenges. Hai Robotics' solutions are able to achieve rates 5x – 10x more than relying on associates walking through a warehouse.”
United States: Michael Fleming, Manager of AGV and AMR solutions at MHS
“The HaiPick solutions offer superior flexibility, faster implementation, and much lower cost compared to conventional AS/RS driven by shuttles and cranes. Working with Hai Robotics allows MHS to serve our customers with advanced technology that best fits their needs in an evolving marketplace.”
United. States: Matt Fain, CEO of pop.capacity™️
"By partnering with Hai Robotics, we enhance our warehouses capabilities by now offering robotics and automation solutions to our network. We offer shippers and carriers in our network, more capacity, and overall higher quality services. It's an important part of our effort to pioneer a truly frictionless supply chain."
Europe: Frédéric Zielinski, Head of Savoye EMEA, Savoye
"We're very proud of this partnership between Hai Robotics and Savoye. On one hand, this kind of ACR solution complements our portfolio. We integrate that solution in France, but not only that, because we have a global partnership with Hai Robotics, so we are very proud and happy to integrate and promote this solution on a worldwide basis." The advantage of this type of solution to our customers is that it gives flexibility, scalability, and fast ROI. You can also install that type of solution in an existing building. So all the ingredients are there to make a good recipe for our customers.
Breakthrough Technology
Traditional warehouse management relies heavily on manual labor, which presents many challenges regarding availability, costs, and efficiencies. For facilities that still operate manually, normal human error, slow and low-efficiency operations, and natural physical limitations often result in a delay in facility maintenance, expired storage, and failure to replenish parts in a timely manner when inventory is low. These issues can create major problems for operations.
Hai Robotics' Autonomous Case-handling Robot (ACR) systems are highly efficient "goods to person" solutions designed for totes & cartons transportation and process optimization. These solutions provide efficient, intelligent, flexible, and cost-effective warehouse automation through robotic technology. The HaiPick system is the world's first ACR system that incorporates HaiPick robots, workstations and HaiQ Software Platform to perform picking, sorting, and transporting operations.
Hai Robotics' solutions enable warehouse operators to pick and choose what solution would work best within their existing operations. It targets components of operations, rather than an entire system overhaul. This approach means companies reluctant to invest vast sums of money into an entirely automated warehouse can test the water by deploying a few robots to automate a specific process. It can also alleviate bottlenecks for those who want to improve efficiencies without disrupting workflows and making large capital investments.
HaiPick A42T
The HaiPick A42T, Telescopic Lift ACR, is the world's first ACR that can pick and store plastic totes and carton boxes at a dizzying height of up to 10m (32.8 feet).
Characteristics:
-
Maximum picking height 10m (32.8 feet): Improve storage density by up to an additional 100% compared to the standard A42.
-
World's first telescopic ACR: Utilize your warehouse space even more efficiently by picking and storing 30kg (66.1 lbs) payloads up to 10m (32.8 feet) high.
-
High efficiency: The A42T has multiple storage trays to carry up to nine payloads simultaneously, which greatly improves picking efficiency.
-
Flexible payload dimensions: The robot supports separate and mixed picking of plastic totes and carton boxes.
-
Product safety: CE+NRTL certified.

HaiPort
The HaiPort-powered workstation is an innovative solution designed to increase case-handling efficiency while reducing workplace safety incidents with least human intervention. It is suitable for storage scenarios such as raw materials of production, small electronics, and other small items that can be stored in single cases, in a factory or warehouse, that need a long picking time. It has been deployed in over 100 projects and proved to be a helpful tool for order fulfillment.
A new design to increase throughput
The collaboration between the HaiPick robots, HaiPort, and the conveyor allows one-stop case handling from inbound to outbound orders.
With case loading and unloading being processed simultaneously, a single workstation can handle up to 900 cases per hour, far exceeding that of manual handling. That speed is 16 times faster than the robot-to-conveyor belt transport.
The system promises higher case-handling capacity, with four to eight cases being loaded in 3 seconds and unloaded in 5 seconds. A single robot’s efficiency can be improved by 30% compared with manual loading/unloading.

Global Awards
IF Design Award 2022
HAIPICK A42-FW (Flex-Width ACR) has been awarded the iF DESIGN AWARD 2022 due to its double breakthrough in function and design. The warehousing robot won over almost 11,000 entries submitted from 57 countries in hopes of receiving the seal of quality.
The HAIPICK A42-FW innovatively adopts a width adjustment fork technology, which dynamically adjusts the width of the fork according to the size of the box to provide picking and handling work for boxes of different sizes. With the HaiQ system, the robot can automatically allocate the optimal storage space according to the size of the box to ensure the smallest spacing between the storage spaces and maximize the shelf storage utilization.
The iF Design Award is organized annually by the world's oldest independent design institution, the iF International Forum Design GmbH in Hannover/Germany.
RBR50 Robotics Innovation Awards
Hai Robotics was awarded the RBR50 Robotics Innovation Awards in the category of Application and Market Innovation for its forward-thinking Autonomous Case-handling Robot (ACR) solutions that significantly improves goods to person picking.
Hai Robotics ACR solutions offer significant space utilization and high goods handling precision and efficiency without all the infrastructure changes required to install a typical ASRS.
