This capability allows for the storage of large items such as furniture and lamps, catering to a wide range of industries with diverse needs.
Freshly Upgraded Workstations Delivering Superior Efficiency
Hai introduced a new workstation at the exhibition, offering ultra-high efficiency in the picking process. This workstation is designed to enable operators to concentrate on transferring items from the incoming tote to the outgoing order tote, simplifying their movements and eliminating the need for bending or turning. It reduces labor intensity and enhances picking efficiency to an impressive 600 totes per hour, which boosts worker productivity by another 50%, enabling doubled output with the same workforce.
Visualizing Operational Efficiency with Real-Time Insights
Hai's 3D-SCADA digital twin platform made a stunning debut at the show, presenting a real-time operational interface that visualizes automation operations such as the robots' paths and task locations. This platform offers an intuitive perception of operational efficiency through a 3D visual interface and user-friendly interaction, enhancing the decision-making process with informed, data-driven insights.
