Less needed to solve labor shortage challenges
--High labor density: A large amount of SKUs paired with a long walking distance for picking made work tedious and arduous.
--Low picking efficiency due to the size of the warehouse and manual picking workflows.
--With rapid business development, the low storage density needed to be optimized.
--Increasing costs: warehouse rent costs and labor costsrising means a scalable automation solution is needed.
--Robot quantity & type: 30 Multi-layer A42 units and 3 Telescopic A42T units
--Charging stations: 11 charging stations
--Workstation type & quantity: 5 Double-U-shape setson-conveyor workstations
--Shelving height: 7.50m
--Storage unit type/size: Tote/carton box 600mm(L) ×400mm(W) × 300mm(H)
--The warehouse encompasses an area of 2,000 square meters, with a storage space of 1,200 square meters, offering 26,652 storage locations. The bin storage density has reached 22.2 bins per square meter, significantly increasing the storage density.
--The pick efficiency of our staff now reaches 200 lines per person per hour, manifesting an efficiency hike of 50%.
--The mixed layout of A42 and A42T ensures the efficiency of the robot's box-moving while, at the same time, increasing the total number of storage spaces.
--The dual U conveyor line design guarantees that each workstation is provided with 200 or more boxes per hour.
